Why is tuition charged as a flat monthly subscription?

Our 12-month direct debit model breaks down 40 annual teaching weeks into 12 equal monthly payments. This gives you predictable budgeting year-round and ensures your dedicated teacher receives a guaranteed, stable income every month of the year.

Why is the fee the same during holiday months?

Your subscription is an annualised plan: 40 lessons a year, billed as 12 equal monthly payments. The amount is always the same — during term time and holidays alike — and your credits never expire while you're a subscriber. It also allows us to pay our tutors fairly in August just as in March, like any profession that offers paid leave.

What happens if we go on holiday?

Give us at least 24 hours' notice and you'll receive a Lesson Credit to book a make-up session during designated catch-up weeks. School trips, family illness, holidays — your credits are never lost when you let us know in advance.
